JOHN LOCK

ABOUT ME
John Lock was born in Swansea, South Wales and attended Bishop Gore Grammar school. He married at an early age and had a daughter Catherine, who now lives in Kentucky and a son Mark who lives in Yorkshire.
He has two other sons Daniel and David, who both live just outside Porthcawl with their respective families whilst John Lives with his wife Lindsey in Barry, South Wales. His youngest daughter, Kelly and her husband Joe, presented him with two more grandchildren so John's writing has had to take second place to the new arrivals but is now back working on the sixth novel in the Kane Rhodes/Brian Jones series in addition to the follow up to his latest novel - The Lion Man.
John had the honour of being selected as Club Captain of his local Golf Club, St. Andrews Major, for the 2012/2013 season, though he does admit that his golf leaves a lot to be desired, but he thoroughly enjoyed the camaraderie and banter unique to this club, which sadly, no longer exists.
Having been made redundant in 2009, in between looking for jobs, John turned his hand to writing and his first novel was born, but it was not until 2013, whilst working for Facilicom contracted to Rank Hovis, in Barry that John submitted it to a publisher and is now a published author.
John now has four books in the highly acclaimed Kane Rhodes/Brian Jones thriller series. Presidential Trail was his first novel, followed by The Shir Khan Prophecy, Treacherous Assignment and Lethal Credentials. All four novels are stand alone stories though they do follow on in time.
The Lion Man is a slight deviation from his usual genre but still power-packed from start to finish.
